Salary:

£18,760 to £23,088 per annum pro rata (opportunity for overtime to carry out non routine works)

Hours:

30 hours per week; may include weekend and evening work as required. Standard terms and conditions apply.

Location:

Based in South Tyneside but works across the North East.

The successful post holder will be a highly motivated and dynamic individual who will have the knowledge, competence and practical skills required to support our property maintenance and compliance. This role is based across our property portfolio of nine sites.

The role will encompass the following key areas:

• Legal compliance
• Small repair works/handyman jobs
• Liaison with specialist maintenance contractors
• Housekeeping
• Administration
