An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Management Officer.

The post holder will be responsible for providing day to day support and housing management services to tenants that require this service who are living in a County Durham Lettings Agency property. This will include working with vulnerable people to ensure they are able to sustain successful tenancies.

We will require you to demonstrate a high standard of comprehensive tenancy management skills.

Applicants should be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent together with having experience within a housing, homelessness or support related service.

Interviews are scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams on a date to be confirmed.
