Children's and Joint Commissioning Services have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Social Care Officer to join our experienced staff team at St David's Children's Residential Setting within Hartlepool. The aim of the home is to provide high quality care for children and young people in our care.
The home is a two bed setting and is judged as good by Ofsted. The post holder will possess a passion for working with children and support them to develop skills enabling them to build a positive future. In addition you will be expected to display a strong team spirit, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work across internal departments and with external agencies.
The post holder will possess appropriate qualifications as listed in the person specification. You will receive appropriate training opportunities as part of your continuous professional development.
