Preschool @ Stamfordham Primary School caters for between 20 and 30 children between two and five years, Monday – Friday from 7.45am – 5.30pm.
You will need to:
• Hold a full and relevant early years and childcare qualification at Level 3 (such as NVQ Level 3 in CCLD, Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce), or equivalent qualification. Check the DFE Early Years Qualification Finder online for more detail of accepted qualifications
• Have gained experience within a pre-school or nursery setting
• Have proven organisational skills
• Be a car driver or have a means of getting to Stamfordham – you won’t be able to rely on public transport
In addition, you will need to be flexible and creative, with the commitment to providing excellent childcare and education. Supply opportunities often lead to more regular hours.
