MONITORING SUPPORT

Temporary 37hrs post until 31/3/2024

VACANCY NO: AHS/21/485

The post-holder will be responsible for a caseload and will assist the Registered Manager and Support Managers in fulfilling their duties. The postholder will undertake telephone monitoring with providers and service users, record contacts, complete actions and ensure safe working practices by the providers.

Relevant clerical/admin experience is required together with experience of Supporting people who have a disability/require care

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 GCSE passes or
A recognised equivalent business administrative qualification
plus
Care Certificate or an equivalent social care qualification

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held w/c 11th October 2021
