The Role: This an exciting opportunity to join Your Homes Newcastle’s Compliance Team as an Building Safety Compliance Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of building safety for a number of high risk residential buildings within the YHN managed stock. This would include, but not be limited to, customer and wider stakeholder engagement, identification, reporting and monitoring of repairs relating to building safety, technical support to Housing Services and co-ordination between internal service areas.

The Person: You will need to be a team player, well organised, with a broad range of communication and IT skills. You must be flexible, adaptable and willing to positively challenge when needed. Self-driven and motivated with an eye for detail, you will be expected organise your work to meet the demands of the business and work from home when required. Previous experience of internal audit beneficial.
