Applicants are invited to apply for the above temporary full-time vacancy based within the 14-25 years Navigation Team.

The post-holder will work specifically with 14-25 year olds with complex needs including learning and physical disabilities, autism, complex health conditions and mental health difficulties.

Applicants should have experience of working with people and be able to form effective relationships with users and their families/carers.

Required Qualifications 5 GCSEs (A-C grades) or equivalent relevant qualification

The successful applicant will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced level disclosure check.
