Our school is advertising a permanent vacancy for an enthusiastic and driven Year 6 Teacher required from 1st January 2022.
The Governors, staff and pupils of Burnside Primary School would like to appoint a committed, dynamic and inspirational teacher to join our happy, friendly and hard-working team.
The successful candidate should:
• Have expectations for all pupils
• Be committed to raising standards.
• Have excellent classroom management and behaviour for learning skills
• Be proficient in planning, assessment and target setting so that all children make good or better progress.
• Demonstrate proven experience of raising attainment at KS2.
• Have the capacity to inspire and motivate children
• Be a reflective practitioner dedicated to their own professional development.
• Be an active member of the wider life of the school and demonstrate experience in subject leadership.
