learningSkills are looking to recruit an experienced Curriculum Manager for SEND provision. As part of the learningSkills management team you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective curriculum management within SEND provision.

You will have experience and knowledge of managing multiple ESFA and EFA funding streams and using your knowledge of the SEND agenda within FE design a curriculum that meets the needs of learners.
With consideration to IAG and progression, you will work closely with employers,
partners, and stakeholders to promote SEND opportunities and offer clear and ambitious progression routes for learners.

You will manage a team of experienced tutors, teaching assistants, and job coaches, and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure they succeed. You will have experience of meeting stretching finance and data targets and managing a budget.

You will have knowledge of and a commitment to quality assurance (including Ofsted EIF and awarding body standards) and equality, diversity and inclusion, have a clear understanding of local and regional priorities.

You will have a degree level qualification or recent relevant experience in SEND provision, a level 5 teaching qualification, and experience of facilitating IQA, EQA, and OTLA processes.
