We have an exciting opportunity within our Techical Support team for a Technical Support Officer.

You will be expected to provide effective technical and administrative support to senior staff and provide a Triage service for Public Protection, ensuring a high quality first line advice for residents of Northumberland

You will be the initial point of contact for the majority of complaints/requests received into the service and you will be expected to action these accordingly.

You will be expected to collate information and data analysis, using ICT systems, in accordance with service procedures, to assist in the production of timely and accurate reporting.

We are offering:

A starting salary of £20,092 (rising to £21,748), pro-rated for the part-time position

25 days annual leave plus public and bank holidays (rising to 30 after 5 years of service)(pro-rata for part-time employees)
