We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our small team of HR Business Partners.

Working in a fast pace environment we work closely with Directors and Managers to provide advice and support across their services.

As HR Business Partners we take pride in our ability to work in partnership with managers to understand and support their business needs.

The work is varied and interesting. Each Business Partner is linked to a particular service area but can be required to work across the whole organisation.

If you like responsibility, can build trust and good working relationships with managers and trade unions, be a team player and have resilience we would like to hear from you.

You can expect to be involved in workforce planning, recruitment activity, restructuring, attendance and performance management, TUPE transfer exercises as well as supporting with a varied range of employee relations issues including discipline and grievance matters some of which can be complex.

Good IT skills are essential and a knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 would be desirable.

It will be a combination of working from home and office based. Although the team is based at our main offices at the Quadrant Site on the Cobalt Business Park there will be a requirement to visit other work locations across the borough when necessary.
