This is an exciting role offering an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop their management, administrative and customer relationship skills supporting the running of a busy Business Centre in Sunderland. You will be required to provide a wide-ranging set of services as part of the role including financial administration, customer support, maintenance coordination, sales, reporting and problem solving.

You will be based at either Evolve Business Centre (DH4 5QY), Washington Business Centre (SR5 3NZ) or Sunderland Software Centre (SR1 1PB), but will be expected to support colleagues at any one of Sunderland City Council’s 3 Business Centres - Our business centres are home to many growing businesses and the role requires the highest standards of facilities and building management to ensure that the Business Centre meets customer expectations.
