We are looking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated teacher to join our amazing school. Seahouses Primary is a busy, vibrant school in a beautiful rural/coastal location, where we nurture curiosity and creativity through an inspiring, broad and engaging curriculum and where learning is at the heart of all we do. We wish to appoint a committed, well-qualified and highly effective teacher who has the ability to motivate young people of all abilities and who will be able to work well in a team.

You will already possess:

• the ability to deliver high quality teaching through whole class, small group and 1:1 intervention
• a proven track record of excellent teaching which results from a firm understanding of how children learn
• have a genuine love of teaching and learning, who can inspire and motivate our children and help them to aspire to be the best they can be
• an in-depth knowledge of the KS2 English/Maths curriculum to be able to build on prior learning and challenge pupils of all ages
• the ability to direct and supervise the work of the support staff in the classroom, to ensure that they are progressing the learning of pupils at all times
• the desire to be part of excellent team and model our school values
