32.5 hours per week term time only plus 5 PD Days

• Hold an NVQ L3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification
• Be committed to promoting the school’s vision and ethos

• Have an ability to relate well to children and their families
• Have the ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) to a good standard
• Be able to work constructively as part of a team
• Be able to cover a class during teacher PPA time

This role falls under regulated activity, which means mainly / wholly working with children.
Given the nature of the post requiring the postholder to undertake regulated activities an Enhanced DBS (with a barred list check) from the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
