We are excited to advertise a new opportunity for 2 * IT Project Officer positions:
(1* Full Time & 1* 12month contract/secondment), these roles are key to delivering the councils Digital Strategy and the internal IT project programme.

The Council’s services are underpinned by a strong adoption of technology which is delivered and managed by a forward-thinking internal IT Service provision. As such we are looking to recruit creative and enthusiastic individuals, with a passion and commitment to the delivery of IT led projects.

Ideally you will have knowledge of local government, and an understanding of the functions and teams that work within an IT Service, with the ability to manage different and competing priorities.

This role is ideally suited to an individual who is qualified in project management and looking to move into the area of IT, someone in an IT Project Support role looking to take the next step in their career or an IT professional wanting to move into a project role.
