The Fostering Service are committed to providing high quality placements to meet the needs of children who are looked after. Our Payment for Skills Framework encourages carers to build expertise in caring through experience, skills development and progression opportunities.

We are recruiting a Senior Fostering Officer to work as part of the management team to help further develop our service and be part of exciting new changes including planning the implementation of our 3rd Mockingbird Model of Fostering in the Autumn.

As a Senior Fostering Officer you will contribute to the provision of a high quality robust fostering service and be responsible for the recruitment, assessment monitoring, support, supervision and development of a vibrant fostering social work service that gives children what they need when they need it most.
