In addition to this we support our people inside and outside of work – offering a very competitive pension scheme, employee support programmes and access to a number of salary sacrifice schemes.
We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to work within the Tyne and Wear Urban Traffic Management and Control team who have excellent IT skills, a good knowledge of existing traffic conditions in Tyne & Wear and an innovative and adaptable approach to solutions with the ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals. The successful applicants will be required to participate in a shift-rota and at times will also be on call for emergency situations arising outside of normal working hours.
