37 hours per week, term time (38 weeks) plus 3 training days worked during school closure as directed by the school

The post will commence on 5 September 2022

The governors of St Lawrence’s are seeking to appoint an experienced administrative assistant with relevant experience in a school or similar environment to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the school.

Governors seek an individual who:
• Has an outstanding record of working well within a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and is able to communicate very well with colleagues and parents through a variety of means.
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a comprehensive knowledge of ICT, including, where possible, SIMs or Integris administration.
• Has a sound knowledge of finance and is able to work effectively with the central finance team at the BBCET.
