We are seeking an Intelligence Manager who is ready to join us and play a key role on this journey.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Intelligence Manager into the Brigade’s Risk and Performance Unit.

The unit is responsible for supporting the planning, monitoring and evaluation activities of the Brigade. The postholder will lead a team of Intelligence Assistants in the development, delivery and continued improvement of the Brigade’s intelligence, performance, evaluation and data quality frameworks. Through the collection, analysis and interpretation of data, concise, timely and accurate intelligence-based information will be provided to operational teams and partner agencies through a suite of high quality reports in accordance with predetermined timescales.



Required skills/experience:
The successful candidate must be a self-starter and be able to deliver high quality work in a high pressurised environment with minimal supervision.

You must be highly numerate, with exceptional analytical and IT skills and be able to develop innovative solutions to complex information requests.

You must be able to prioritise and manage competing priorities and workloads whilst supervising and supporting others to meet the demands of the unit in the delivery of work in accordance with stringent deadlines.

Excellent management, communication and presentational skills are essential and you must be able to work effectively in a small team and have a flexible attitude and approach to work.
