• Administration Officer, Willow View, St Nicholas Hospital - permanent, full-time
• Administration Officer (consultant support), Hadrian Clinic - permanent, full-time
• Administration Officer, Lowry Ward, Hadrian Clinic - fixed term to end of July 2023, maternity, full-time

Willow View is a 17-bed rehabilitation and recovery ward which provides a therapeutic environment to help patients to rebuild their living skills.

Lowry is a 16-bed acute admission ward where patients are offered support to develop new skills to manage their mental health. Offering a range of treatments and therapies including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology andart therapy Lowry is for women over the age of 18 years who are experiencing a relapse in their mental wellbeing.

The wards form part of a service which provides care for adults and older adults in Newcastle and Gateshead who require a hospital admission for their mental health. The service also provides rehabilitation wards for people who need longer term support.

The successful candidates will join our existing administration team comprising Administration Team Lead, Medical Assistants, Medical Secretaries, Administration Officers and Administration Assistants.

The main duties in these roles will include:

• To support the daily multi-disciplinary team meeting - this requires the post holder to type live at the meeting, recording the discussion and updating our patient information system
• To organise meetings, in a very tight timescale, following the daily meeting
• Liaise with service users, families and carers, within an administration remit
• Diary management
• Minute taking
• Audio typing

There are additional tasks such as filing, scanning, covering reception, covering the service user bank, etc.
