NEAT Active Limited is a trading subsidiary of NEAT Academy Trust and operates Benfield Sports Centre for community users during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Benfield Sports Centre have their own team of staff who run the centre during these times enabling thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, multi skilled, motivated individual to join our team as duty manager. This vacancy is permanent, part time, with fixed shifts over 2 days.

Shift pattern:
Sunday 8-5.30pm
Monday 3-10.30pm

We are looking for a duty manager who can inspire and lead the team and ensure the smooth running of the sports centre’s activities:

• Experience running a busy leisure centre, ensuring effective day to day operation of the facility
• Experience managing staff, rotas and taking bookings
• Provide excellent customer service
• The ability to work under pressure and deal with any matters raised in a calm and confident manner
• Able to ensure all Health & Safety, Risk Assessment and Safeguarding duties are carried out as required to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff
