Job Title: Nursery Teacher
Grade: Main Pay Scale (Pro Rata) M1- M5
Contract Type; Permanent, Part-Time, Term Time Only (afternoon sessions, Monday to Friday)

The Governors and Head Teacher of Hylton Red House Nursery School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, hard-working qualified teacher (QTS), passionate in delivering the early years curriculum.
We are a maintained nursery school consistently graded as outstanding. We provide a caring, nurturing community for all children and their families whilst developing a love of learning through a rich and varied curriculum.
We are looking for a teacher who enjoys working with young children; who is passionate about inclusion and equal opportunity for all and can rise to the challenge of promoting the very best early years’ experience for all children.
The post holder will understand and demonstrate their responsibility to safeguarding children.

The successful applicant will:
• Have high expectations and aspirations for all children
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of EYFS practice and know how to use this to motivate and enthuse learners
• Be committed, display good interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively within this well-established team
• Establish a happy, safe and inclusive learning environment
• Understand the importance of promoting a high sense of wellbeing for all
• Be a positive and professional role model to children, staff and the wider school community
