Further Information
We are seeking an organised, flexible, and meticulous individual to support contracts delivered by the Employment and Skills Team. The projects require intensive administration and data compliance support to ensure the obligations in our grant funding contracts are fulfilled.

The post holder will be working on contracts that deliver support to residents with the aim of helping them sustain work and progress in their careers. The role will support paper and electronic systems in terms of verifying;
• Programme eligibility
• NTCA eligibility
• Data integrity

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, the ability to work accurately at speed and good communication skills. The post will be part of the Employment and Skills Business Support team and link closely with Programme Managers to ensure that contractual obligations associated with the grant funding are met.

You will need to be able to:
• Input and maintain a range of records and undertake monitoring of these records as directed
• Accurately scan and input data about clients
• Demonstrate good ICT skills
• Provide data and monitoring information to the Programme Managers as required by our funders
• Collect, record, compile, manipulate and present manual and computerised data in several formats
• Catalogue resources and contribute towards audits
• Be reliable, discreet and responsive to change
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure the success of the projects

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975, and an Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.
