The successful candidate will carry out registrations, verification checks and assessments on social housing applications. The role requires excellent customer service skills and a high level of communication in order to effectively support vulnerable client groups with their housing needs.

You will be required to work in a fast-paced and busy environment, with the ability to prioritise a high workload whilst being flexible to the demands of the service.

As a real team player, you will contribute to the overall targets and objectives assigned to the team. As part of the role, you will be required to make decisions in line with policy and legislation.

This is an exciting time to join the Homefinder Team. We support the development of the team, which could also include the opportunity to assist in project work as the team strive to adapt and support our customers with new ways of working.

A good working knowledge of Housing Services would be an advantage.
