Who We Are:
A Star Attendance Solutions is an innovative and expanding company focused on providing specialist absence strategies to schools. We are passionate in supporting children’s educational achievements and do so by supporting schools with a unique automated whole school monitoring programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a small, warm and welcoming team where your remit will be wide, and your input will be truly valued.
The post represents an opportunity to make a real impact and have the potential to develop the remit of this role. The successful candidate will play an important part in supporting the Company’s Director and broader team.
About you and what you will be doing:
We are looking for a broad skillset and need an experienced, creative and innovative individual. The business is still growing and it’s imperative that the Office Manager wants to make a valuable contribution with creative ideas on ways to develop processes and systems that will support our vision to improve attendance and raise the outcomes for students.
You will need to have excellent senior administrative experience in a similar role supporting senior management. You will also be able to provide remote training and onboarding to our customer base of schools. In addition, we really need an individual who can develop our marketing strategy with a strong social media presence and a standout website.
Strong organisational skills, a range of I.T. skills, including Microsoft 365 suite are essential as well as being adept at managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines. Someone who is a self-starter, the ability to prioritise and manage time and who has great attention to detail would suit this role. This is a great opportunity for a flexible, positive, ambitious and detail orientated individual to join A Star Attendance.
If this sounds like you, please forward an up-to-date copy of your CV (and a cover letter to tell us more) to Jill Robson email: jill.robson@astarattendance.com
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitable candidates. You must have and prove the right to work in the UK.
