Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing is a key growth area within the College. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a values-based, forward thinking, inspiring manager to lead our Engineering curriculum at our City Campus. The post holder will be a key driver in ensuring we provide an outstanding learning opportunities for students through the implementation of our career focused curriculum on that inspires the future Engineering workforce.
To meet our high expectations, you will bring a strong track record of successful and innovative teaching, learning and assessment and be skilled at working with various stakeholders to enhance learner experience, being able to demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate our people to perform strongly.
