We would like to appoint a highly motivated, creative class teacher to join our enthusiastic and supportive team at St. Cuthbert’s.
This job is 0.6 FTE and is a job share with an experienced KS1 teacher. It is, initially, fixed term for two terms.
We are seeking an individual who:
- Is an inspirational teacher and demonstrates outstanding practice in KS1
- Can create a stimulating, organised and interactive learning environment
- Has highly effective communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively
- Is prepared to be involved in all aspects of school life
The successful candidate will have:
- Classroom experience in Key Stage 1
- Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
- High expectations of all children in achievement and behaviour
- Experience of working with EAL and SEND children
- Knowledge of a range of teaching and learning styles
