Boldon School is an attractive proposition for staff and students, with our school roll growing rapidly we are very near to 100% capacity. We are a Good school (Ofsted 2019). Boldon School is an exciting place to teach and inspire. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to join our Science Faculty. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and those that are just coming into teaching. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven professional to join our school. An excellent knowledge and understanding of the science curriculum is essential.
You will:
- be an outstanding teacher of Science and willing to participate in further development
- have a passion for teaching Science and have the potential to inspire students with a wide range of teaching and learning strategies
- gain commitment from all students to achieve success, and have the ability to motivate students with a focus on maximising student attainment
- take part and organise events and extracurricular provision
