We are looking for a Systems Support Officer for a period of 14 months to respond to service requests and service complaints relating to Clean & Green issues.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will provide technical support to front line operational teams in implementing service improvements and resolving problems.
You will plan and deliver service improvement projects.
You will use and develop a wide range of software systems and to maintain and develop appropriate skills in the use of CRM and GIS systems for this purpose. Full training will be given on the systems used. This will involve planning maintenance work, costing of operations and liaising with both internal and external operational services to deliver the work in line with budgets.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will be educated to NVQ3 level or equivalent in a relevant subject and have a track record of dealing with the public and responding to service request/complaints.
You should have knowledge of health and safety requirements and a have the ability to act independently and respond to unanticipated problems and situations.
