This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing experienced and knowledgeable staff team for a 6 bedroomed residential home.
Sycamore House provides placement for male and female young people who may have a combination of emotional and or behavioural and social difficulties (EBSD) aged 10 -17years.
The home requires two (permanent) and one (12 months maternity cover) posts of 37 hours per week residential childcare officers to support the team. This will include working a variety of shift patterns including evenings and weekends.
The home provides support to young people through building positive relationships, providing a nurturing environment and achieving positive outcomes.
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and an Enhanced DBS disclosure, including Barred List Check, will be required.
