We pride ourselves in being a progressive, inclusive trust that supports every child to develop their talents whatever they may be and to reach their academic potential. It is important that as a learning organisation we adapt and change to the needs of our pupils. We take care to value and develop all colleagues to make sure they can do their very best for children across the Trust’s schools.

With over 5,000 children, excellent resources and a drive for continuous improvement, LST is actively seeking staff who want to make a difference and be part of this exciting phase of our development.
