The Trustees are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, a General Assistant for The Hub at Sedgefield Community College.
The post will give the successful applicant the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers that use The Hub facilities.
You will be required to work during the following times on a rota basis – weekday evenings between 4:45pm and 9:45pm and weekends between 9:45am and 1:15pm. There may on occasion, be the requirement to work outside of these hours, or more than these hours, so the successful candidate must be willing to be flexible. Whilst on rota you will be expected to manage reception, this will include dealing with customers face to face, answering the telephone, operating the facility booking system, cash handling and a variety of other administrative tasks.
