We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator to support the Trust Central office and Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting new role to the trust and will support us to achieve our strategic objectives. Reporting directly to our CEO your remit will be wide and challenging, our trust is varied and our standards are high. Creating a place in which staff can lead and inspire young people is the top priority you will directly contribute to that.
There will be some diary management and operational administrative work but we are looking for more than someone who can simply follow instructions; you will have the skills to take on a brief and deliver it across a wide range of activities
Working in partnership with key stakeholders within schools as well as across the trust you will anticipate needs and provide a professional service, supporting our vision by turning strategy into action.
You will be curious and keen to develop ways of working that enable the trust to grow whilst maintaining quality work. You will be fast and determined and have the ability to prioritise and delegate in a fast-changing environment.
