Business Support Assistant - Fixed Term for 14 Months.
Grade 2 - £23,500 - £23,893 per annum
Based at Bunny Hill and includes agile working.
Together for Children are looking to recruit Business Support Assistant to support our work in Statutory SEND team. The role is customer facing and you need to communicate effectively with parents, school staff and other stakeholders.
You will have an eye for detail is essential as this is a fast-paced role and requires high levels of data accuracy when dealing with sensitive information.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to produce high quality decision letters for parents and schools and deliver information in a sensitive manner.
You will have strong IT skills, a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Office 365 and Teams, and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures accurately whilst working on a bespoke software system (Capita One – full training will be provided).
