Our Business Support team is diverse and supportive, and we work together to support each other as well as our national workforce and we currently have an opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join us.

About the role:

Reporting into the Director of Strategy and Performance, the Business Support Manager will lead the Business Support Function, providing a range of support services across MHM.

This role leads our Corporate Governance, Quality Improvement, Health and Safety, Climate Agenda, Social Value, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Intranet and Administration roles. You will be responsible for our Head Office, including liaison with the landlord, and management of all utilities, services, equipment, and consumables.

About you:

You will have experience of working within a corporate services function delivering a range of governance and support functions to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

MHM are seeking a candidate with a proven ability to develop, manage and support a team to deliver a wide range of tasks, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
