NCL Tutor – Retrofit and Environmental Awareness (Full time - 37 hours per week)
Newcastle City Learning are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, inspirational and committed tutor to deliver retrofit and environmental awareness and work within their Employer Led Provision team.

Our mission is to equip learners with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce. The right Employability Tutor will join our team and help us achieve this goal by -
Developing and deliver engaging pre-employability training sessions and workshops.
- Providing one-on-one coaching to students on CV writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Creating and implement individualised learning plans tailored to meet needs and career aspirations.
- Facilitating group activities that enhance soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
- Monitoring and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Staying updated on current employment trends and industry requirements to ensure relevant transfer of knowledge and skills.
- Supporting students in building professional networks and connecting with potential employers.

Teaching qualifications are essential requirements for this role. As this post involves working with children, vulnerable adults or dealing with sensitive information, written references will be taken up and made available to interviewers before the final selection stage even if you indicate otherwise.
