We are seeking to appoint a motivated Estates Compliance & Projects Coordinator to join our growing multi academy trust focusing on compliance and estates projects.  

Reporting to the Head of Estates this is initially a 1 year fixed term contract and this key individual will contribute to the effective development of the trusts estates strategy by working closely with a multidisciplinary estates and facilities team to ensure a safe, efficient and effective environment over Laidlaw Schools Trusts growing portfolio.

One of the great things about this exciting new role is the varied work with the ability to make a difference.  To be successful in this role you will already have some experience of managing small works projects including managing quotes and awards, monitoring works etc.   you will also hold a health and safety qualification and have a good understanding of compliance in an estate’s setting. 
 
We are looking for a key individual who has a positive outlook and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders. You will need be organised to ensure the trust requirement for structure is reflected in managing policies and procedures and adopt a holistic and integrated approach to risk management by using tools and technology to proactively mitigate potential risk and work toward sustained improvements to ensure the trust meets its health and safety obligations.
