Nexus is looking to recruit a Skilled Maintainer Joiner in the newly formed Facilities & Estates maintenance team.
The successful applicant will have significant experience in planned, reactive and new works installation practices within commercial premises and facilities.
As part of the Facilities & Estates team, they will contribute to the daily activities of the skilled-maintainer workforce and complete a wide variety of maintenance tasks. The post holder will require excellent skills in their trade discipline and be able to work under pressure and within identified timescales. They will be flexible in the undertaking of work duties and may be asked to complete a broad range of tasks associated with the Facilities and Estates asset group.
As part of this role the postholder will contribute to the upgrade, maintenance and repair of Joinery and Buildings assets throughout the Nexus Estate, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
It is essential to have served a recognised Level 3 Joinery Apprenticeship to apply for this position and be able to demonstrate recent commercial sector work experience.
