Who We Are:
Our Recovery Solutions Substance Use Service is committed to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery. We work to create safe, engaging spaces for people affected by substance use, supporting them to gain skills, rebuild relationships, and thrive in their communities.
What You’ll Do:
As a Group Facilitator, you’ll lead engaging and impactful group sessions designed to support personal growth and recovery. Whether it’s helping individuals build resilience, develop new skills, or learn strategies to manage their lives more effectively, your work will make a tangible difference. You’ll bring your unique experience and energy to guide sessions, adapt content to meet participants’ needs, and foster a sense of trust and motivation within the group.
We’re Looking for People Who:
Have experience facilitating groups, teaching, training, or coaching (experience in drug and alcohol services is a bonus but not required!)
Are skilled communicators who can inspire and connect with people from diverse backgrounds
Can adapt materials and activities to meet varied learning styles and needs.
Are compassionate, empathetic, and committed to helping others reach their potential.
Lived experience of substance use recovery is highly valued, and we strongly encourage individuals with this background to apply
