About the role….

As a Neighbourhood Services Adviser, you will play a key role of contact in responding to enquiries from employees, customers and partner agencies relating to housing and council services. You will deliver a customer focused service, face to face, over the telephone and by email. You will provide administrative support as part of the Neighbourhood Services team, working to support tenants to sustain both tenancies and neighbourhoods. 

This role will offer some hybrid working, subject to operational need. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement, and your office will be your contractual place of work. Initially you will need to work within the Civic Centre to undertake essential training, this will be a great opportunities to meet members of the team and colleagues across the Council.
