We are looking to recruit a Team Manager for our Pre-Birth Team. The Team Manager will manage and lead our innovative Pre-Birth team providing them with supervision, coaching, observation, and guidance so that they can develop their skills to support families to build resilience and facilitate positive change. We care about the children and young people in Redcar & Cleveland, and we care about our social workers. We are a team that works together to do a difficult job with a shared passion to do the right thing and make a difference.

In Redcar and Cleveland, we are committed to improve pre-birth practice and outcomes for our children and their families. With the development of a dedicated pre-birth team, we have a service that follows nationally recognised best practice guidelines around intensive earlier intervention and will support us over the coming years in implementing social care reforms which advocate for keeping children safely at home through the use of early, targeted intervention.
