About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic ICT First and Second Line Customer Support Officers to join our dynamic ICT Services team. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to users within the City Council and Schools, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. Whether it's face-to-face, via remote access, phone, or email, you'll be part of a wider team delivering expectional service to our users.

What You'll Do: You'll deliver outstanding 1st and 2nd line technical support with a customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include making independent decisions to implement fixes and solutions, resolving issues, prioritising calls, and escalating when necessary. You'll also assist in the management and disposal of ICT equipment, support the development and deployment of digital solutions, and stay updated on the latest hardware and software configurations.

What We're Looking For: We need individuals who are proactive, have excellent communication skills, and can work to tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team. You should have an awareness of Windows, Microsoft365, Active Directory, and PC hardware components. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is desirable.
