We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Estates Surveyor to join our Strategic Assets Team and support an exciting period of change as we look to re-shape our property portfolio.

This is a great role for the right person to help drive forwards our ambitious plans, accelerating change and delivering improved returns from land and property assets. 

The borough of Redcar & Cleveland is at an exciting economic point. Major development sites attracting substantial inward investment will provide significant new opportunities, uplifting the area as a whole. At the southern end of the borough is a stunning visual backdrop to Teesside as a whole and a northern gateway to the North York Moors National Park, providing abundant nature, breath-taking scenery and leisure opportunities for the area. 

Following a strategic review of our assets, we want to re-shape our portfolio, gearing us up for the future. We are looking for a qualified Estates Surveyor to support us on this journey. If you are experienced, pro-active and dynamic then we would love to hear from you!
