Assignments can be as little as a couple hours a week up to full time working and many supply pool staff have gone on fixed term and permanent posts within the College.
We are looking for an experienced Employment Law specialist to deliver Employment Law modules and teaching sessions as part of our CIPD Professional Qualifications and our Business and Management Top Up Degree. Teaching will be across Levels 5, 6 and 7. Our students are a mix of professionals already working in Human Resources or Management roles, as well as undergraduate students with an interest in HR.
Practical experience of applying Employment Law in a workplace setting is essential - bringing industry knowledge and experience in to your teaching is an important part of delivery, as well as helping students understand Law and Regulations that affect their work as People Professionals.
Some teaching experience would be desirable.
