Local Academy Councillors at Teesville Academy, which is part of the IRIS Learning Trust, are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with our children. The ideal candidate will already have experience as a Teaching Assistant, and have a qualification in teaching and learning to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
The successful applicant must be an outstanding, caring and effective practitioner with high expectations for all children and themselves. A secure knowledge of the National Curriculum is essential, as well as recent experience delivering interventions groups to secure good progress for all pupils.
The ideal candidate must have a commitment to their own professional development and the best interests of the academy in mind at all times.
