The role of School Crossing Patrol Warden involves assisting children and parents on the way to and from school safely across roads within the borough. You will be required to work mornings and afternoons during term time.
We currently have opportunities to become a School Crossing Patrol Warden in the following areas:
Mandale Mill - Thornaby
Hours of work: 8.10am – 9.15am / 2.40pm – 3.50pm
11.25 hours per week
Pro rata actual salary £6,212.00
Bishopton Road/Green Lane - Stockton
Hours of work: 8.15am – 9.15am / 2.50pm – 3.50pm
10 hours per week
Pro rata actual salary £5,522.00
Christ The King - Thornaby
Hours of work: 8.10am – 9.10am / 2.35pm – 3.35pm
10 hours per week
Pro rata actual salary £5,522.00
We will provide you with the basic training, all you need to be a success is:
- Good verbal communication skills to enable you to communicate effectively with the general public
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Enhanced DBS clearance
