The Head Teacher and Governors of White Mere Community Primary School wish to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to work within our Early Years Unit. Our small school benefits from extensive grounds which are accessible to all year groups in support of their learning and well-being.

We are a dedicated and supportive school with amazing children who want to learn. You will have current experience of Early Years and be passionate about ensuring children achieve their full potential, as well as a good classroom practitioner with knowledge of SEN and strategies to support pupils’ learning. You will have an awareness of the physical demand of an EYFS practitioner and possess an understanding of the importance of interactions in EYFS for child development. You must be committed to working collaboratively and as part of our whole school team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applications are welcomed from candidates who possess a first aid qualification or would be willing to undertake such training if successful.
