Hartlepool Borough Council are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and hardworking Support Assistant. Applicants must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent. It is essential that the applicant can travel independently as this role will be based between the Civic Centre and the Tofts Farm Depot.

As a Support Assistant (Construction) you will provide a wide range of admin support to Officers in the Councils Neighbourhoods and Regulatory Services Department, with a specific focus on the services delivered by the departments Construction, Highways and Support teams.

The post will involve the provision of general administrative support, working closely with Officers and others, both inside and outside of the Council, therefore a high standard of customer service is required as well as accurate data input skills. The right candidate should be confident when communicating and able to work on their own initiative to manage their workload.
