Support Services Administrator, 17 hpw

Work Pattern: 
Week 1 - Tuesday 9am-3pm, Wednesday 9am-3pm, Saturday 8.30am-1.30pm
Week 2 & 3 – Tuesday 9am-2pm, Wednesday 9am-3pm, Thursday 9am-3pm

 
As a Support Services Administrator to the Community Equipment Service, primarily in the Living Better Lives Resource Centre you will be required to deal with the high volume of calls to the Living Better Lives Resource Centre, plus face to face enquiries from Service Users who visit the Resource Centre, Occupational Therapists, Professionals and business visitors visiting the building.  You will provide an efficient and effective administration / scheduling service for the Community Equipment Services and offer information and sign posting advise.
