You will work alongside Social Workers, Police and other agencies and the family network and you will be dedicated to providing intensive support and outreach to children and young people who are at risk of exploitation and harm outside of their home.
 
You will provide a range of interventions to children and families to reduce risk and impact on children and young people who are at risk of harm outside of their home.
 
You will also support with the wider disruption of harmful contexts such as persons and locations of concern.
 
You will also be required to write detailed legible case notes, write reports relative to the position and update the electronic child’s record in a timely manner.
 
You will have access to your own vehicle and be able to use this vehicle at all times.
